Since our founding in 2022, through rigorous research grounded in our own network and data, hands-on consulting that puts client prosperity first, and the implementation of frontier technologies such as blockchain and AI, we have built a track record of world-first, Japan-first, and prefecture-first initiatives.
Policy & Research
Policy proposals & think-tank work
The Akita AgeTech Hub Initiative
Formulated a blueprint to establish Akita as a global innovation hub for age-technology, and continue advocating it to Akita Prefecture. Based on analysis of leading overseas ecosystems and global precedents, the design centers on three functions: conference, testbed, and a public–private fund. We also convene government, university, and corporate stakeholders to discuss global AgeTech trends and implementation in Akita (1st: Oct 2025, 2nd: May 2026), including lectures by Silicon Valley-based experts.
Produced a limited NFT commemorating the 100th anniversary of Hachikō’s birth, adopted by Ōdate City as Akita Prefecture’s first NFT furusato-nozei return gift, showing that digital assets can serve as a genuine tool for municipal revenue and community-building.
Akita flood-relief fund: Akita’s first NFT donation drive
After the July 2023 torrential-rain disaster, ran Akita’s first NFT-based donation drive, leveraging blockchain transparency. Proceeds were presented to Akita Prefecture (covered by the Akita Sakigake Shimpo).
Blockchain adoption for Ōdate & Kosaka inbound tourism
Introduced Akita-dog and NFT (blockchain) initiatives into inbound projects for overseas visitors, implementing an NFT stamp rally and tourism guide content that created new routes for visitors to explore Akita-dog landmarks.
World’s first blockchain digital pedigree
The world’s first forgery-proof digital pedigree, developed jointly with a Silicon Valley company using DID/VC (decentralized ID and verifiable credentials). By binding microchip IDs to the blockchain, it addresses the long-standing problem of pedigree forgery overseas.
Regional Brand & IP
Regional brand & Akita-dog IP
Strategic Partnership (~60 organizations)
Companies and organizations that back our Akita-dog-driven regional revitalization have joined our “Strategic Partnership”: around 60 partners to date, running joint initiatives in product development, tourism, and promotion around the Akita-dog IP.
Akita-dog NFT (endorsed by the Akita Inu Hozonkai)
An NFT series pairing the Akita dog with local culture. We also issued Japan’s first NFT on the XRP Ledger. Holder benefits are redeemable at partner shops from Akita and Tokyo to Hong Kong and New York, extending encounters with Akita and the Akita dog worldwide.
Japan’s first pro-sports admission NFT
With a professional sports team, realized Japan’s first sports NFT granting free admission to all home games, turning one-off attendance into a season-long relationship with fans.
“Wan-Wan Ramen”: the world’s first ramen for dogs
As consultant and producer, we designed a scheme to harness regional IP under the theme “fusing the culture and craft each region takes pride in.” Partnering with a long-established Kitakata-ramen maker (Fukushima) and a packaging maker (Nagasaki), we commercialized the world’s first salt-free, human-grade ramen for dogs, on sale since August 2024 at the Marui online store.

Academic & research partnerships
Industry–academia collaboration with AIU begins
Advancing industry–academia collaboration with AIU, including a lecture at a student blockchain workshop on the Web3 Town concept (Dec 2023), working with students and researchers on regional challenges.
The Tohoku Digital Archive initiative
Together with AIU, designing the Tohoku Digital Archive: preserving endangered regional folk culture through frontier technologies such as AI and blockchain, and linking that preservation to education, research, tourism, and regional development. We also lectured on the concept at AIU (Oct 2025).
